The cottage was very welcoming, cosy and warm for a Christmas break The kitchen was very well equippedBeds were very comfortable Nice to sit by an open fireNice walks and friendly localsGood nearby Chinese Takeaway
Nice cottage with all necessities. Unfortunately, the bathroom radiator would not heat up and the rainfall shower head needed replacing - the water flow was intermittent and slow. Otherwise all was fine and comfortable.
Lovely cottage in a central area for exploring the North Norfolk coast. Property was exactly as described and communication with the host was good. Check in and out was simple with the key in an external safe. On arrival the lights were on, the cottage was warm and cosy with the heating on a there was a nice welcome pack including a bottle of wine. The only negative was that there were areas of the kitchen that were not as clean as we would have expected, but overall this didnt detract from the lovely cottage and facilities. The real fire was a nice treat especially withe the seasonal very cold weather. Would thoroughly recommend.
Lovely spacious cottage, well appointed with amenities and supplies. Easy to reach and within walking distance of shops and either by car or walk to the beach. Great place for our dog to stay too.Beds really comfortable and appreciated the downstairs toilet too. Made to feel very welcome by the hosts and the kind welcome gifts thank you!
Lovely cottage and extremely well equiped to a superb standard. Spotlessly clean. No problem parking if you follow their insructions, our 2 lazy greyhounds loved the peace and quiet, even the local pub welcomed them.
Had a wonderful week again helped with the fantastic weather and had no problems with the cottage, everything you need is there. The kids love this place. We will be back next year.
Lovely cottage with far more than you need for a comfortable stay. There is a small enclosed back garden which is great for dogs and the table and bench seat is great for us humans. There is a large van parked next door which can make it difficult but not impossible to get in and out of the parking space; just patience and lots of small movements worked. We had a great stay and look forward to a return visit.
Lovely cottage in a perfect location, great walks and lots of places to visit.Had everything we needed, fabulous few days away.

Kitchen was generally clean although the fridge hadn't been cleaned and there was food in it
The shower either ran really hot to scolding or cold no middle ground the radiators either worked or didn't across the property and the lounge one was noisy even above volume of tv neighbours also noisy late at night watching tv location excellent for all amenities and beach with local pub very welcoming just needs a little TLC in places

Great for a family holiday close to lovely beaches
Host was great, very helpful, check in information delays but host handled it very well. The house was easy to find, perfectly positioned for lots of things to do, well equipped, very comfortable, just great.
Loved this cottage, everything you could need in terms of home comforts, ample kitchen equipment to do a 3 course meal (not that we did), courtyard garden perfect for the dog, as previously mentioned, parking is a little tight at the front of the property
The property was beautiful and we really felt at home. The outside needed some gardening doing(weeding) but was comfortable though smaller than expected. Inside the property was fabulous, but just small things such as cobwebs and skirting dust. Let it down. Though we were surprised with everything that was available in the kitchen ect. I would definitely stay there again. Did not want to leave. A real home from home.
Clean, calm and welcoming home for us to make a base and enjoy Norfolk beach dog walks. We wanted somewhere comfortable, well looked after and convenient for accessing the area. The well equipped kitchen and goody basket was a bonus..Thank you
Perfect for our 3 night stay, had everything we required, lovely property, would definitely stay again in the future if we were to visit the area again.
