There is also a number of independent shops from antique and gift boutiques to farm shops selling local produce, plus a tea room and a traditional inn which serves food. Walsingham is also home to the Wells & Walsingham Light Railway, said to be the longest 10-and-a-quarter inch narrow-gauge steam railway in the world. The village is well worth a visit and ideally positioned near to some outstanding beaches.
