Nice Place Close to Town

We had our 3 daughters and families staying with us at 2 side by side houses and they were clean, and nicely furnished. Owner was responsive to our needs and we had a lot of fun while there.

Would highly recommend this place to any large group traveling to Nashville. Short ride to broadway and great house. The host was very easy to work with and accommodated a very early check in for us since some folks in our group had early flights. This is a must stay for a bachelor or bachelorette party.

Perfect house for a group!

We had a large group of friends and this house was perfect!! A quick Uber / Lyft downtown was always easy to come by. House was clean, stocked with sheets, towels, genera cleaning supplies and toiletries. If you aren’t planning on renting a car, goPuff is a easy app to get quick groceries/drinks delivered. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to any large group looking for a good time.

Great Accomodations for a Large Group

These two houses comfortably accommodated six families (12 adults plus 9 children). The houses literally had everything we needed plus more. The location was great! Do not let your first impression of the neighbor bother you. We never felt unsafe and took morning and evening walks. The Owners were very responsive during the booking process and immediately helped us with a minor issue we had with the hot water heater. It was nothing major; just a tripped GFI but the owners were quick to respond and quick to get us the assistance we needed. Overall a five star stay and I look forward to booking these houses for future stays in Nashville.

LOVED IT

We had a large crew in Town for the Vanderbilt Football game and to enjoy Nashville for the first time. We rented one of the four Row houses and the others were being used by other large gatherings. Excellent location with short Uber rides. Neighborhood is being turned over, however, it was fine with no issues. Adam was great to deal with since I have never booked an AIRBNB before and was worrying due to my large group (16). I look forward to a return to Nashville and would absolutely recommend this place.

Youth choir

We rented two houses in this neighborhood. We could quickly access our destinations by vehicle. My youth choir had a wonderful time. We felt safe and had plenty of room. In March the roof top decks were fantastic!. Adam was a wonderful host!
