We rented both units for a family gathering and it worked out great. The properties were clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with the essential dishes and cookware. The complementary coffee was an unexpected, nice touch. I would recommend these properties and this management company.

10 of us stayed for a daughters 21st birthday celebration. The property is close to Broadway area, and airport, so Uber rides were very reasonable. Clean, roomy, well-stocked.

Perfect place to spend our daughter's 21st birthday!

These units were perfect for our trip to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday! There was plenty of space for all of us and everything that we needed was there for us. It's a quick Uber trip to everything! The hosts were great and helped us through a little hiccup even after checkout! We would definitely stay again!

Moreau Family

Our family of 14 rented two units that were side by side for three days to celebrate my mother's 75th birthday. The two units worked perfectly for the large group. The location was central to all things Nashville. The units were comfortable and exactly like the listing photos and descriptions. A special shoutout to the hosts that helped us extend our stay both earlier and later. It made all the difference when working with such a large group. We recommend the properties and hosts.
