This stunning cottage rests in Westcott, Surrey and can sleep two people in one bedroom.

Surrey Hills Cottage is a beautifully appointed cottage resting in Westcott, Surrey. The single-storey cottage hosts one double bedroom, along with a bathroom, sleeping two guests. There is also a kitchen and sitting room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a rear garden with patio and furniture. Surrey Hills Cottage is a luxurious property, an idyllic stay for a couple looking to explore Surrey.
If you are bringing a pet, please send owner a text message before arrival on 07974225213. For guests with a pet, we do politely remind guests that pets are not allowed on beds or furniture - please do feel free to bring a dog blanket so that they are as comfy on the floor as possible. A padded dog mat can be provided if you prefer, on request in advance. Please note that dogs are not to be left alone in the property (unless crated).

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine with complementary pods, fridge/freezer washer/dryer and dishwasher. TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome (Please note that dogs are not to be left alone in the property unless crated). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 1.2 miles. Note: From April 2026, there will be some building work going on at the main house, adjacent to the annexe - This will take place during Monday-Friday only and noise will be kept to a minimum - The work taking place is on the far side of the owners home and the annexe is very well insulated.

Town: The enchanting town of Dorking sits amongst the Surrey Hills, making it an excellent base for walking. Wander around the market town to explore boutique shops, beautiful art galleries, as well as cafes, pubs and restaurants for a spot of lunch. For a fun learning experience, there is Dorking Museum & Heritage Centre and live entertainment can be enjoyed at The Green Room Theatre. Dorking is within easy reach of the towns of Leatherhead and Guildford.
