• The front door to our home is up a flight of stairs (10 steps)
• If you have anyone in your party with mobility issues, our home will not be a good fit. The Kitchen & main Family Gathering Area are located on the middle level which is up a full flight of stairs. And the bottom level of the home has steps that can be difficult to maneuver if you have any difficulty walking.
• Guest has access to the entirety of the house except for locked owner supply areas
• Fireplace is non-functioning & for show only
• Whole home dehumidifier is located in the bottom floor kitchenette and will be running intermittently throughout your stay

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
• Ventnor now has a 3-night minimum stay requirement
• We've adjusted our rates to align with this

• Even if you decide not to stay the extra night, this gives you the flexibility to enjoy either an early check-in or a late check-out, depending on the dates you choose.

GUYS, GIRLS, SINGLES & COUPLES GROUPS
• Every guest in an all adults group must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by a parent
• Please keep in mind that there is parking for a MAXIMUM of 3 cars
• Please do not book if you do not meet these requirements or if your group requires more than 3 parking spaces

• Well behaved, house & crate trained dogs are welcome for an additional $250 non-refundable per pet/per stay fee (maximum of 2 dogs).
