Ideal villa groups or families. POOL and GARDEN

Holiday house for rent in the south-west of Madrid ideal for groups or families. It has two floors and a fenced and independent plot of 1500 mtrs. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, kitchen, a bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms, upstairs there are four double bedrooms and two bathrooms with bath. The heating is by diesel. Outside you will find the pool (only enabled in the summer months), several terraces one of them roofed, garden, and barbecue. There is space to park five cars inside the property, two of them inside the garage.
I admit pets but with an extra cost of € 35 for cleaning.

Maison a villa del Prado Espagne

Nous étions en famille, 12 personnes.(4 enfants de 6 a 13 ans ) et 8 adultes. La maison est très jolie avec 6 chambres et 3 salle de bains.le paysage superbe.le soir bcq déranger par les aboiements de chien aux alentours, le ménage laissé un peu a désirer,la piscine est très très Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances froide ,le lampadaire extérieur ne fonctionne pas, pas de chaise longue et le frigo beaucoup trop petit pour 12 personnes.sinon bon contact avec la propriétaire qui répond nous avons passé de bonnes vacances en famille.

Magnifique propriété dans les montagnes entourants Madrid. Proprietaireagreable très sympathique malgré une communication difficile ne parlant que français. De très bons conseils. Maison grande et fonctionnelle, piscine agréable avec les températures .a refaire au plus vite et a conseiller sans hésiter !

Très bon séjour passé dans cette villa ! Très bon accueil, seul petite chose à revoir: 1seul réfrigérateur pour plusieurs personnes (c'est un peu juste), manque de certains ustenciles de cuisine. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Casa Villa del Prado

Alojamiento con grandes vistas, en una urbanización elevada. Casa muy completa y muy limpia. Los propietarios muy atentos y pasamos una semana de invierno estupenda. Quizás la casa está algo vieja y necesita algún retoque, pero lo compensa sus puntos positivos.

15 jours de vacances magnifiques

La maison est très belle et fonctionnelle. Chaque famille peut avoir son coin à elle sans souci de part la disposition des chambres et des salles de bains. La terrasse principale est parfaite pour profiter des journées et des repas en famille. Arancha a toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions . La piscine est juste parfaite et le cadre magnifique. L'environ est calme, on peut se reposer sans problème. Il y a à proximité un commerce, un restaurant et de quoi pratiquer des activités sportives. La localisation est aussi intéressante car à 45mn de Madrid, 45mn de Tolède et 1h20 de Ségovie.

Magnifique

Calme et espace! Nous avons passé un séjour très sympa dans cette jolie maison spacieuse. La piscine est géniale et la vue sur la montagne est superbe.La propriétaire nous a accueilli avec un sourire radieux. Maison bien située proche des commodités et lieux touristiques essentiels. Séjour inoubliable!

Great location. Disappointed no pool.

My friends and I booked the villa with the intention of relaxing and recharging for a few days with no real itinerary before heading off on a motorcycle tour. On arrival our disappointment was obvious to our very pleasant host when she explained that the pool was only filled and usable in the ' summer months'. So we spent three days relaxing in plus 25 degree sunshine next to an empty pool. This was compounded by the beautiful fully up and running pool in the villa next door. It does state in the villa description that the pool is only available in the summer months however to a British potential client it was felt that this was very misleading and pointed out to the owner. My friends and I felt that the villa and its contents were tired and in need of a thourough makeover. An information pack including all the usual information regarding the villas facilities, local amenities and surrounding leisure activities would have been useful and was suggested to the owner on departure. All in all, great location and great villa spoiled by the afore mentioned dissapointments that in our case promoted us moving on rather than staying a few extra days.
