Wonderful fully renovated 2 storey townhouse set on a desirable riverside development in the city centre of York. The house has a newly installed kitchen/diner with washer/dryer and dishwasher and leads to a living room.Upstairs there are two bedrooms. 1 allocated parking space is available outside the property. The house is situated close to the centre but benefits from being in a quiet but popular residential area with riverside views. Sorry but we cant accept bookings from same sex groups.
