Summary:
This light and bright semi-detached house is located on a quiet road in Newquay. Inside, all of the rooms are crisp and clean and there's space for up to 10 guests to spread out and enjoy.

The Space:
The spacious living room has two large comfortable sofas with Sky Cinema and Sky Sports, making it a cosy spot for a movie night in. You'll find every movie and series on the Smart TV's apps or there's a bookshelf brimming with books that you're very welcome to borrow. Next door, the kitchen is sleek and smart. Modern white units contrast stylishly with matt black appliances and handles: find a new oven and electric hob, as well as built-in fridge, dishwasher, microwave and more. Meals can be enjoyed around the dining table, or outside in the garden when the weather's good!

On the ground floor, you will find one of the double bedrooms as well as a bathroom with a full body shower. Upstairs, there are an additional three bedrooms: a double bedroom, a bunk bed room and a twin bedroom. Each room has plenty of storage space for clothes, so you can unpack your bags and settle straight in. The additional upstairs bathroom features a cosy shower and stylish marble tiles. The house also benefits from having a spacious, multi-level garden that is the perfect place to enjoy sunny days and BBQs - it receives gorgeous evening light! Its convenient yet quiet location and ample private parking makes this a brilliant house for a relaxing coastal break.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole house.

The Neighborhood:
Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a watersports paradise. The house is just a 10-minute drive from Fistral Beach and the great bars and restaurants that overlook it. Try The Stables for pizzas, Rick Steins for fish and chips and the Beach Bar for sunset drinks! If you want to try your hand at surfing, there are also plenty of surf hire shops and a surf school for lessons.

The house is located close by to Newquay Orchard, a gorgeous community garden. It's a lovely spot to take children - you can explore wild woods, forests, dens and more! Newquay town is around a 15-25 minute walk away or 5-10 minute drive depending on where you are headed, and boasts a selection of restaurants, pubs and shops. There is also an 18 hole links and par 69 golf course behind the beach. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and more beaches. When the tide permits, you can even walk over to Crantock. For stunning views and delicious food, we would recommend trying Lewinnick Lodge on the Pentire Headland.

Watergate Bay is a 10 minute drive, whilst Mawgan Porth and Padstow are a little further. For a fun day out, the Eden Project can be reached within 30 minutes or you can head to picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery in under an hour. Whatever you feel like doing, Newquay is in a brilliant spot to enjoy it all.

Getting Around:
Newquay likely has some of the best travel connections anywhere in Cornwall. Trains operated by Great Western Railway run all the way from London Paddington directly into the centre of town. The station is then about 16 minutes walk away from the house. Additionally, Newquay also has an international airport which is around 15 minutes drive. You can either get a taxi here or rent a car.

For those who travel via car to the property, there is private parking space for 2 vehicles on the drive.

Dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms.

Due to issues with guests causing a disturbance in the local community, we now only allow families and mature groups. We do not accept bookings for stag/hen's or all adult groups of under 40s. You will be asked to leave without a refund if you ignore this rule.
