About this property

Large 4 bedroom house. Central location to explore Cornwall.

The House is on the Atlantic Reach complex. We have reduced our rates by up to £250 per week ( £35 per night)as we are not offering use of the pool / gym in 2026. There may be indoor pool facilities close by in Hendra holiday complex. Please contact me if u find a cheaper house. We will try & better it. It’s just 6 miles from Newquay, just 2min drive off the main A30 road.
We live 40 miles away in Plymouth 340188.
There is a Large outside childrens play park. On the ground floor is One double bedroom & shower room great for those with mobility issues.
Also Large open plan lounge, dinning area & kitchen.
Fully fitted Kitchen - dishwasher - Fridge/ freezer- microwave.
On the 1st floor -
Master bedroom large shower en-suite with Juliette balcony.
Twin bedroom + Double bedroom served by large bathroom with separate shower & large jet bath.
Outside patio area.,

Loved our time in this large house in a lovely location, with lots of facilities on site. Property was easy to find, central to facilities, and a short drive from shops and tourist sites. A tip for anyone affected by light at night: pack an eye mask as there's bright lights outside the bedroom windows.

Great Family Getaway Spot

Perfect house for 2 families to stay, great on site amenities for families and central location for days out. House was spacious with 2 bathrooms and an en suite, 3 double rooms and a twin room. Clive was great at communicating and answered all my questions very quickly. We'll definitely be coming back!

Lovely spacious accomadation

Plenty of room in the house, well equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms. Holiday park well laid out with plenty to do on site. It would have been nice if public transport was accessible from the site as we didn't want to drive every day. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Even in Winter ideal spot to explore Cornwall

In a great position to visit this area of Cornwall, great to have on site pool and gym. House had everything needed. Very clean and communication with owner first class. Will defy e returning.

Loved the house. Downstairs bedroom particularly useful for family member with mobility issues. Certain parts of the site look a little tired. Outdoor pool building and entertainment room in particular. Waste bins dotted around the site could do with emptying more often. All of our family loved the indoor pool with the sauna and ice baths nice additions.

Great sized property in fab location

This holiday home is very roomy and fitted 8 of us perfectly. Good open plan area and 3 bathrooms! Lovely location close to lots of Cornish attractions and villages. Hosts were very helpful and gave lots of pre-visit information and tips. Only slight point would be to take extra pillows if you don’t/can’t sleep on thin ones - mattresses are also very firm which is great for some but less so for a fuss pot like me! Wouldn’t deter us from going back in any way though - highly recommend and will definitely book again in the future ... thanks so much!

Cornwall 2021

Great location with great onsite facilities. We enjoyed the swimming and gym. Take away food was of good quality with friendly staff. Went to the on-site pub on last evening (wish we had used it more) food was excellent. No washing machine in house so had to use on-site facility which was quick but did cost £10, unfortunately the dryer was not working. Great family holiday. If you are a family who likes to explore the surrounding area a car is essential as site is quite rural.

Family holiday

My husband and our toddler took the 4 Grandparents for a week away. The accommodation was perfect for us as 1 of our party is in a wheelchair. Having stairgates was a life saver with our toodler running around. WiFi at the property would have been nice. Site was lovely, a little far out to what we are used too but with lots of plus points that made up for it. The site was lovely
