2 Bedroom, 2 bath condo with ocean views in every bedroom along with a long ocean view balcony. Recently updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV with cable, wireless internet. Seascape is located on the Scaborough/Old Orchard Beach line and is a secure building with an indoor heated pool. Two parking passes also are included. Monthly rentals only. No pets and no smoking. Thank you!

Renters who rent from Sept- May are responsible for cable/wifi and heat invoices.

Absolutely perfect! Clean and well équiped as we cook a lot, we did not need for anything. The beach was gorgeus and the building very safe. Would recommand anytime!

Perfect location for a quiet stay. The condo itself is roomy for two with a wonderful balcony for ocean views. Love that each bedroom and the living room have doors to the balcony so we could hear the ocean wherever we were. Fabulous clean beach that you can walk for miles. Close to town and all the activities you could want. Highly recommend 💜

Off season stay

Ours was an off season stay. The unit was plenty warm and with the views of the ocean we were able to see sunrise daily and watch surfers etc on the water. Many places were closed for the season and it was not crowded anywhere we went. Since it was off season we didn’t even have to make reservations to get into the places that were open. Very enjoyable relaxing stay.

At the beach

I stayed here off season, the condo would be a good choice for working professionals in need if temporary housing. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen and a lovely view of Pine Point beach and Sprouts Neck. It is a quiet building with an indoor pool. Nice to walk the beach even in winter!

Cozy Condo on the Beach

I really enjoyed my long term stay here. The neighbors were quiet, there is off street private parking, a pool and private beach access. This was my first time in Maine as a traveling professional and this was a great setup for my duration there!

Stayed while completing a pediatric rotation and studying for board exams. It was quiet and beautiful. The beach is steps away and the sunrise from bed is something to see. If you stay you MUST head over to Ocean Park for cinnamon buns, they are amazing!!! Also check out BBQ garage, great food!!! I would definitely stay here again w/o hesitation.

Excellent view. Beautiful beach.

Unit needs updating but the view and beautiful beach more than compensate. Property manager/owner was very accessible and addressed any issues in a timely manner. We were happy with our long-term stay and would recommend.
