Nice sea view apartment

The apartment is clean and has a nice view to the sea. Perfect for a self-catering stay in the area. Arrival and departure very smooth with remote instructions from the lovely owner.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour

L'appartement est très agréable , très propre et situé dans une jolie résidence proche de la mer où nous nous rendions en fin d'après-midi par une route sécurisée en environ 5 à 7 mn.Seuls petits regrets : le matelas du canapé a un peu 'vécu' et la présence d'un micro onde pour réchauffer très rapidement restes et boissons chaudes (nous n'avons pas utilisé celui qui est dans le four) nous a manqué .

Vacances de la toussaint

Arrivée facilitée par la propriétaire (très sympathique) suite à des échanges par mail. Appartement spacieux avec une superbe vue, avec les ustensiles nécessaires dans la cuisine. Quelques remarques : La plage n'est pas à 300m mais plutôt à 600m, très rapide d'accès quand même. La literie du canapé du salon qui grince et qui commence à avoir des bosses. Le garage si vous avez une grosse voiture ce sera compliqué mais il y a un parking à l'entrée de la résidence. Malgré cela nous avons passé une superbe semaine fin octobre début novembre avec une vue magnifique dès le réveil.

Appartement très bien situé, bien équipé, facilement accessible, accès copropriété sécurisé ainsi que le garage fermé pour la voiture. La plage est à 5mn à pied. Le balcon offre une vue appréciable sur la mer et le mont Esterel. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vorrallem die Klimaanlage war gut bei der Hitze. Die Nähe zum Strand, eigene Garage, wunderschöner Sonnenaufgang am Meer! Die Busse fahren in Frankreich leider nicht immer pünktliche oder gar nicht...

Top Lage in Strandnähe

Schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick, leider das Inventar sehr abgewohnt vorallem die Matratzen. Schöne Wohnanlage in einem Ortsteil (La Nartelle) von Sainte Maxime mit Tiefgarage und Aufzug, Klimaanlage und Heißluftherd. Besonders toll zusätzlicher Gefrierschrank und Waschmaschine und Strandstühle mit Schirm. TV leider nur mit französischen Sendern. Check-in komplikationslos und guter Austausch mit Vermieterin auf Englisch und Französisch. Sehr zentral für viele schöne Ausflüge. Toller feiner Sandstrand in 300 Meter Entfernung.

Satisfaits de notre séjour! Appartement confortable et conforme à la description. La vue est vraiment superbe! La résidence est jolie et bien sécurisée. Un bel emplacement : aller à la plage à pieds tout en étant au calme est bien agréable ! La propriétaire n'est pas sur place mais très sympathique et à l'écoute, disponible par téléphone ou mail.

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines en août 23 chez Roselyne. Avant notre arrivé, notre hôte, Roselyne est entrée en contact avec nous afin de nous communiquer toutes les informations nécessaire ( codes accès…) Elle est disponible et adorable. L’appartement se trouve en haut d’une colline à 300m d’une très belle plage. L’appartement est plus que conforme à l’annonce. Le balcon peut largement accueillir 4 personnes à table. Vue mer superbe du balcon, de la cuisine et du séjour. La petite résidence est très calme et très bien entretenue. Le parking, boxe, est un vrai plus.

Tolle Wohnung, Ruhe, Meerblick – Erholung pur garantiert

Die Ausstattung und angenehm ruhige Lage der sehr sauberen Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Küchenausstattung, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und ein ideal gelegener Balkon mit Früh- und Abendsonne, inklusive herrlichem Blick aufs Meer, machen dieses Appartement zur Wohlfühloase. Der nahegelegene Strand ist fußläufig in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen, Strandstühle und Sonnenschirme waren vorhanden (was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist) – super. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld und während des Urlaubs war hervorragend. Ein herzliches Dankeschön für das Wasser und den Wein im Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung. Wir haben diesen Urlaub jedenfalls sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Kitchen equipment, tasteful furnishings and an ideally located balcony with morning and evening sun, including a wonderful view of the sea, make this apartment an oasis of well-being. The nearby beach can be reached on foot in no time, beach chairs and umbrellas were available (which is not always a matter of course) - great. The communication with the landlady before and during the holiday was excellent. A big thank you for the welcome water and wine in the fridge.In any case, we enjoyed this holiday very much and can recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.

La location est conforme au descriptif d abritel. Les voisins de la résidence sont très gentils et accueillants. La propriétaire, même si elle n'est pas sur place est disponible et efficace.
