About this property
COZY APARTMENT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OF SALAMANCA JOG48
José Ortega y Gasset said: "Love, which is painted as blind, is sighted and perspicacious because the lover sees things that the indifferent person does not see and that is why he loves".
Loving someone (not idealising them) allows us to see the positive aspects of that person that people are generally incapable of perceiving. It is not about being blind but about knowing how to see.
Our Apartment is Ortega y Gasset in its purest form. An exclusive corner in Madrid's Salamanca neighbourhood, just a few metres from the Plaza del Marques de Salamanca. Marquis who gives his name to this district of Madrid and who built and financed for the Madrid bourgeoisie at the end of the 19th century. A house that you love blindly as soon as you see it and enjoy it.
Who would have thought that this is where you would find our little bombonera, in a quiet 1930's building, close to everything and in the most elegant neighbourhood of Madrid.
Our flat is a quiet and recently refurbished 1-bedroom flat. A very special place for 2 people. A very quiet flat with excellent internet connection where you can enjoy a very cosy place to live and rest after a long day of work or leisure in Madrid.
Everything is new in the house and it is ready to live in and with lift to the door. We have also provided it with the maximum comfort so that you can enjoy it both in summer and winter.
The property is close to the Hospital del Rosario, the Retiro Park, the Hospital de la Princesa and 3 minutes walk from the metro station Núñez de Balboa at Marques de Salamanca Square.
