The apartment:



This charming apartment with capacity to accommodate 9 people on Andrés Tamayo Street is located on the lower part of the building and has an independent entrance from the street.



Characterised by an innovative design, it surprises with its aesthetics, comfort and convenience. Its perfect two-level layout offers an ideal balance between space, comfort and functionality. It features a bright living room thanks to its large windows, in which a double sofa bed, a single bed and a Smart TV are located.



The American kitchen integrated into this same space and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances facilitates interaction between the different areas of the apartment.



The practical dining room is next to the kitchen, providing a perfect space.



This apartment consists of three comfortable rooms with double beds. In addition, the apartment has two full bathrooms with shower and a toilet.



WiFi and air conditioning are available throughout the apartment, the cot is subject to availability, please advise at the latest 5 days in advance.



To take into account:



Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



Please contact our team 48 hours before arrival and carefully follow the instructions provided at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
