The house is situated in a quiet area and has a dog proof garden, kitchen is reasonably well equipped, its a shame it doesn't have a dishwasher or freezer which would be useful if the house was at full capacity or for longer stays. Beds are comfortable in the down stairs bedrooms but there are no wardrobes in which to hang clothes, they only have chest of drawers. The downstairs bathroom has a bath and handheld shower attachment. We didn't use the upstairs bedroom so cant comment on the comfiness of the beds. The shower is situated upstairs off the bedroom, there is no door between the bedroom and shower room.

20 Whitby Avenue

Set up of property would make it great for a mum and dad with lots of younger kids. Not so good for two couples sharing as bedrooms vastly different. Remember to take all the food and staples you might need with you , including salt and pepper washing up liquid and dish cloth. No door between between bedroom and shower-room. But was very clean throughout. Dogs welcome and back garden is dog proof.
