THE ACCOMMODATION
Fantastic 140m2 independent villa with 800m2 garden, in an urbanization located in a residential area next to Islantilla, 2,000m from La Antilla beach, in a natural environment of pine and eucalyptus trees, next to the Pinares de Lepe Sports Club, and with bus stop on the doorstep.
Pinares de Lepe urbanization, ideal to rest in contact with nature and very close to the beach.
Located just 3km from the select Islantilla Golf Club (27 holes).
Excellent weather with 300 days of sunshine per year.
The Villa has a large garden where you can relax, parking for several cars, and two porch and pergola areas where you can enjoy family lunches and dinners, and garden loungers where you can sunbathe. Very comfortable as it is all on one floor, with a garden and a dwelling without steps.
Fully fenced garden, with privacy and away from prying eyes.
Very bright house, by giving all the rooms to the outside, with large windows.
It has air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
It has a high-speed Wi-Fi connection (Fiber Optic) and satellite dish (satellite TV with channels in English, German and French).
Large kitchen equipped with complete kitchenware and the necessary appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, mixer, oven, juicer, coffee maker, etc.) with direct access to the terrace in the back garden.
It has 3 bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes and complete furniture, and 2 bathrooms.
The living-dining room is very spacious, with 2 large sofas, ´43 flat TV, dining table, fireplace and three large windows that overlook the front garden.

THE ENVIRONMENT:
Wide and endless beaches of fine sand (more than 20 continuous km), some of them awarded with the Blue Flag of the EU, with all services, showers, access for the disabled, lifeguards, hammock rental, beach bars, water sports, etc.
Some of the beaches are part of the Protected Natural Areas of Andalusia, and here are two of the four Blue Trails in the province of Huelva.
Very close to 4 Shopping Centers (Islantilla, Varadero, Hacienda Golf and Marina Ocio), traditional food markets, supermarkets (Mercadona, Carrefour, Dia, Maxico, Cadena Ifa, etc.), and LepeSur Shopping Park (Leroy Merlin, Decathlon, Worten, Jysk, Spacio House).

The Pinares de Lepe Sports Club is located about 300m from the house. It has a bar - cafeteria, children's area, tennis courts, paddle tennis, soccer, swimming pool, ping pong, etc. The use of sports facilities, INCLUDING THE SWIMMING POOL, IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL AMOUNT. Your payment is made separately at the Club facilities.
Only 70 minutes by highway from Seville airport and 50 minutes by highway from Faro airport (Portugal). 15 minutes from the international bridge over the Guadiana river, which communicates with the Portuguese Algarve, where you can visit historic towns such as Vila Real de Santo Antonio, Castro Marim, Tavira, Olhao, Faro, Lagoa, Portimao, Lagos and Sagres. Also the luxurious tourist centers of Vilamoura, Quarteira, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, where the Portuguese Jet shows all its glamor.
It is essential to visit the cosmopolitan Albufeira, where tourists of all nationalities enjoy the nightlife and bohemian atmosphere of its narrow streets.

Altmodisch, aber alles was man braucht in guter Qualität vorhanden.
Die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben mit Freude selber gekocht und draußen auf der Terrasse gegessen.
