Villa Buon Gesù is a charming three-level villa, with direct access to the beach, for 10 people (8 adults and 2 children).
NEW POOL on the bigger terrace (soon in the photos).
The villa is about 300 square meters, and has private parking (1 parking space), direct access to the sea, three panoramic private terraces with sea views, air conditioning, Internet WI-FI, smart TVs in all bedrooms.
Located in the residential center of the Riviera di San Montano, 4 km from Sorrento, this area was once a fishing village and a farm famous for the production of a particular variety of lemon. Already in those days it was a renowned holiday destination with its miniature gardens and houses sloping down towards the sea, in the splendid setting of the island of Capri.
From the terraces it is possible to admire one of the most beautiful panoramas of the peninsula with a view of the Mediterranean that ranges from Capri to the island of Ischia.
The villa has a sea dock with deck chairs and sunbeds available to customers.
Villa Buon Gesù is the ideal starting point for day trips to some of the most beautiful places in the region: Pompeii, Capri, Positano, Ravello.
A pedestrian path (about 1 km), starting from the beach, runs along the seafront, leading directly to the small seaside village of Marina della Lobra where there is a bar and a grocery store.

Wonderful location

It was very relaxing and exactly what we needed after a busy week in Florence. Quiet little fishing village close by great restaurants friendly people loved it.

Amazing Place to Stay; Car Required

This villa was a fantastic home base for our trip to the Sorrentine peninsula. It was a truly picturesque place with incredible sunsets and water access. The home was as pictured, though we expected a 6th bed. There were a few cleanliness and wifi issues, but the hosts were so responsive and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. You will definitely want a car! This villa is located at the bottom of a steep hillside, and cabs from Sorrento would add up quickly (if they would even pick you up at the house). We would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Family Vacation

Had a wonderful family vacation in Italy, but this location is more of a weekend getaway for the locals/frequent visitors to the area. Pros: Nice Villa, excellent views, Hosts Raffaele & Martina were helpful. Cons: The villa is in a secluded area (Massa Lubrense) and is too far from Sorrento City Center. No internet on the 3rd level. House was not clean (cobwebs & spiders on 3rd level, kitchen not clean), Kitchen needs to be updated.

Peaceful Escape

This was our first trip to the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento peninsula area. The area is gorgeous, wonderful people, and plenty to do. But it is so crowded. We stumbled across this place on vrbo and it ended up being perfect. Massa Lubrense is a quiet community and the place itself was clean, huge, and beautiful. It’s a nice walk to the marina with good restaurant options and a short cab ride to sorrento. Perfect starting point for tours of the amalfi coast, land or sea. You can swim in the sea right out the back door. Best accommodations we had in our entire Italy trip, can’t say enough good things. Hosts were attentive and friendly. Grazie Rafael and Martina. Hope to be back one day.
