Great location, beautiful home!

Great view from this home, several blocks up the hill from downtown, but right between two bus routes! Wonderful living space with a comfortable, at home feel. Well supplied and everything worked perfectly. Great outdoor spaces, lots of room inside.

Awesome Views

Maria was a very accommodating and responsive host.We thoroughly enjoyed the two balconies. One was covered , the other open, with different views from both.You can enjoy typical Madeiran living here. All amenities needed were local….you could be part of the local scene or easily access the busier city life by two bus routes.Thank you for a wonderful stay Maria.

Wir haben die Zeit auf Madeira in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen (vor allem die alten Bäder), aber sie hat sehr viel Charme und die Lage ist super. Die Zeit in der Wohnung haben wir ausschließlich auf dem Balkon verbracht und konnten so die Aussicht genießen.Die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt, alles ist (z.T. mehr als ausreichend) vorhanden. Maria hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und auch sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet bzw. geholfen.Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Family trip.

A nice house with enough space for me and my 3 sons. The views were spectacular, spacious rooms and very well eqipped kitchen and a garage that was easy to access from the street. A nice welcome from Maria, who was also very patient with our misunderstanding of instructions. Since our stay was in januay it was quite cold indoors. There was no heating in the house. We also found the beds quite hard an uncomfortable since there were no mattress pads in the beds. Apart from this we loved the house, Funchal and Madeira and hope to come back soon.

Parfait

Logement spacieux bien équipé avec espaces extérieurs bien fournis et vue imprenable. Beaucoup de petites attentions appréciées (même une balance pour vérifier le poids des valises). Place de parking nécessaire à Funchal, donc garage bien apprécié ! Remontée à pied depuis Funchal pour sportifs, arrivée des luges, arrêts de bus & boulangerie une rue plus haute, supérette et restaurant pas loin. Literie de bonne qualité, 190 de long. Nous y avons passé un séjour réussi, je recommande.

Lovely house

Fantastic view big spacious rooms with nice furniture everything you need and more the us stop is only 100 yards from house very handy and Funchal is an amazing town with nice cocktail bars and shops. I will definitely stay again thankyou Maria for a wonderful stay.
