VILLA MEXIC - villa with communal area - Llafranc-Costa Brava

Sea, Sky, Forest, Relax, Luxury, Technology... are some of the words that define this fabulous residential in the zone of lighthouse, in Llafranc - Costa Brava.
Formidable contemporary style detached house, located within a wonderful community that has a tennis court, swimming pool and gardens. The house is distributed on three levels. We enter through the main hall from where there is a direct access to a bright american style fully equipped kitchen, beautiful dining room and large living room with a nice and sunny terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the tranquility of the Costa Brava. On this same floor we also have a bathroom and laundry area.
 
On the lower floor there are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom that share a bathroom with shower. From this level there is an access to the garden.
 
The upper floor is occupied by a fabulous double bedroom en suite (with its own bathroom) and access to two terraces.
 
One covered parking place included.
