Perfect base for our long weekend stay for 3 of us. Claire was great with communication and had some top tips for where to eat nearby. So many options to eat within a 5 or 10 minute walk and also only a simple 5 minute walk to the subway and into the centre within 20mins or so. Would definitely recommend.Thanks

We loved our stay. The location was perfect - restaurants, shops all a few meters away. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the decor as well!
Delightful apartment in a very convenient and remarkably quiet location in Glasgow’s West End. Host Claire is a great communicator and was very accommodating.
An exceptional property busting with character, cleanliness, good sized spaces and function - steps away from cafe/restaurant strip of the West End. Wonderful proactive host.
Really nice quirky little place. About 20-30 mins walk from SEC/Hydro (2km). Comfy beds, well equipped and nice quiet location but just a stones throw from lots of bars and restaurants. Would stay again happily!
We loved the flat! Very clean, lots of character and well equipped, comfortable beds, great neighbourhood and very walkable location to the rest of Glasgow. Our host Claire was quick to respond to our questions and made great suggestions too!

We booked this 5 months in advance for the 2nd leg of a journey across the UK and paid in full. Less than 24 hours prior to our arrival, the host cancelled our booking and noted that it was double-booked. This left us in a position to have to find alternate arrangement on very short notice as we were traveling across the country. Finding a suitable & affordable location for a family of 4 in a foreign country was a challenge. Anyone booking this location should communicate with the host directly to confirm that it has not been double-booked ... and save the documentation.

As we explained at the time, it was a very unfortunate and unusual coincidence that you and the guest on another platform had booked within 20 minutes of eachother for the same dates, which meant the calendars didn’t sync up in time and both bookings went through. As the other guest had booked first we thought it was only fair to give it to them. I understand this was an extremely frustrating and stressful situation for you and your family, and I did offer to help you find alternative accommodation at the time which you refused. I do hope that despite this you managed to enjoy your trip.
