The house features a separate, interior wooden dining room for 8 people and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with marble countertops and wooden furniture. On this ground floor there is also a toilet and a double bedroom with single beds and an en-suite bathroom.

On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with dressing room, bathroom en suite and an exit to the terrace. There are also two other double bedrooms with single beds, each with its own bathroom en suite.

Outside there is a porch with a living and dining area with a motorized pergola for shade, another outdoor dining area, a large lawn, barbecue and a private pool.
