Villa Saint Martin is a spacious and welcoming property, ideal for families and groups seeking comfort and a central location in the heart of Albufeira.



The living room offers an inviting setting for relaxing moments and shared meals, creating the perfect atmosphere for enjoying time together.



On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a shower, as well as a guest bathroom.



On the first floor the villa offers a bedroom with four single beds en suite with a bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with one bunk bed and two single beds, along with a bathroom with a bathtub serving this level.



The kitchen is fully equipped, providing practicality for preparing meals throughout your stay.



Outside you will find a large private pool, heatable pool (additional cost), and a BBQ area that creates the ideal environment for pleasant outdoor moments with family and friends.



Villa Saint Martin is located in Areias de São João, close to the lively Albufeira Strip, restaurants, bars, a supermarket and the beautiful local beaches.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 14 guests

From the 15th to the 16th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
