Gite 3*** : terrace, 1500 m² of garden, city center only 5 min on foot

On the edge of a forest in the beautiful valley of Munster, come and stay in our chalet; it’s modern and functional.
Classification: 4 ****.
The kitchen is entirely equipped with appliances and opens onto the dining room, the bathroom has a large walk-in shower, and the bedrooms provide a good night sleep and it’s perfect to relax.
The peaceful and pleasant “gite” (chalet), surrounded by wooden fence, is located on a large plot. There is even a clear running stream which goes through the property.
Take advantage of the outdoors, the private terrace and the large garden. There’s also a swing for the children (and for the young at heart too!).
The city centre and all the shops are only 5 minutes away on foot.
Both chalets can accommodate up to 5 people each.
Discover the local delicacies of Munster (cheese, wines, pastry etc.) and the abundant regional attractions (the storks, the Christmas markets, the hiking trails, the ski slopes, the beautiful Alsatian villages (just like a fairy tale!) and the castles nestled in the mountains, etc.

Volledig huis, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Op loopafstand van het dorp met winkels en restaurants. Binnen 45 minuten rijden, ontzettend veel mogelijkheden om musea te bezoeken, wandelen en stadjes te bezoeken.

Un très bon séjour; un gîte agréable et bien équipé. Des lits de qualité. Le calme; la proximité du centre ville , et des propriétaires charmants (Kougelhof et bouteille de vin en accueil) et très attentifs à leurs locataires. Et d'une honnêteté irréprochable. A recommander sans modération.

schöner Aufenthalt

schöne gite mit großem Garten mit separater Sitzgruppe mit großem Sonnenschirm, in der gite war alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben, ausreichend Geschirr, um nicht ständig den Geschirrspüler anschalten zu müssen, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, Geschirrspülmittel, Wäscheständer und Wäschespinne außen und Klammern. Schönes großes Bad mit elektrischem Heizkörper, der ruckzuck warm macht und den wir auch im Juni benutzt haben, da es nicht so warm war, wie es auch in jedem anderen Raum einen elektrischen Heizkörper gibt. Sehr gute Matratze im Schlafzimmer. Für 2 Personen ausreichend Platz. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, 1Flasche Wein und Gugelhupf zum Empfang und Christian spricht sehr gut deutsch. Perfekte Lage, ruhig, Supermarkt , Bäckereien, Metzgereien in der Innenstadt, Markt Di und Sa. alles fußläufig erreichbar, auch für Wanderungen vom Ort aus und Ausflüge in die Umgebung sehr geeignet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt von 3 Wochen sehr genossen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft und sehr nette Gastgeber

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in der toll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung und dem großen Garten verbracht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und haben die Wohnung auch bestens für unseren einjährigen Sohn ausgestattet (Hochstuhl, Babybett, Babyschaukel, ...). Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die schöne Zeit bedanken und können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen!

Très agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous avons été bien accueilli, il y avait une petite attention de la part des propriétaires en arrivant ( gâteau de la région et bouteille de vin) Le logement est bien situé, proche du centre ville, pas besoin de la voiture. Il y a des sentiers de randonnées proche pour faire des balades dans la montagne. Le logement est propre et les propriétaires sont très sympathique.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en juillet 2022 au gîte. Nos hôtes nous ont formidablement bien accueillis, nous ont donné des indications pour nos visites en Alsace. Grand logement fonctionnel, tout équipé, propre, tout près du centre ville de Munster (5 min à pied). Coin extérieur dans le jardin très agréable pour les repas ou se détendre. Merci pour ces fabuleuses vacances!

Super Vermieter, sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Christian und Catherine sind super Vermieter, sehr zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation hat hervorragend geklappt. Wir haben auf Anfrage auch Handtücher bekommen, da wir mit dem Motorrad angereist sind. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Die große Dusche ist super. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein großes Bett mit einer durchgängigen guten Matratze. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Im Garten kann man sich auch gut aufhalten. Einzig das Wohnzimmer wäre für 4 vielleicht etwas klein zum Sitzen. Zur Begrüßung haben wir einen Kougelhopf und einen leckeren Pino Gris vom Weingut Pfaff bekommen. Beides passt sehr gut zusammen (Tipp von Christian) und war super lecker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Vielen Dank

Chalet au calme, idéal famille

Un petit chalet d'où l'on peut faire qqs ballades,idéal pour se mettre en jambe. Grand jardin dont notre fils à bien profité, et a pu retrouver les p'tits voisins qui avaient loué le chalet mitoyen. Nous avons pu bien nous reposer, les lits étaient très confortables. La description est conforme. Seul regret: lumière insuffisante dans la cuisine. Séjour très agréable et hôte très a l'écoute.

Why they chose this property

In 2002 our adventure started with the purchase of some land and evolved into a life-changing project: the existing house which stood on the land took six years of planning and work for its renovation. In 2007, our professional lives took us away from our initial project, so we decided to rent the house as a holiday home which is now a cozy chalet. Because of the pleasure of welcoming guests and the satisfaction they have to be in the valley of Munster, we decided to launch in 2010 a new adventure and expand our project. 3 years later (2013) after doing ourselves more than 80% of the work, we are now ready to welcome holiday goers. We especially enjoy sharing with our guests the beauty of this part of France; the people we meet have enriched our lives and have encouraged us to strive year in and year out to be attentive to the needs of our guests. We commit to offering a maximum amount of comfort and well-being.

What makes this property unique

Our wish is to make your stay happy and fun in one of our new chalets. For your comfort we’ll strive to guarantee impeccable hospitality both inside and outside the gites. Positive reactions from our past guests have encouraged us since 2011.
