A flight of stairs leads you up to the entry level with salon open plan kitchen and dining room with 3 small balconies and lovely views of the village and area. A washing machine and dryer is cleverly stored under the stairs. A shower room and toilet completes this level. The top floor comprises of a master bedroom with a queen size bed and family bedroom containing 2 single beds or a double. Above this bedroom a very steep staircase leads to a mezzanine level and contains a double bed. The bedrooms have views of the lake. A family bathroom contains a bath with shower over, basin and toilet.

This apartment is fantastic to enjoy the village life and the proximity to the lakeside activities; a market takes place every Thursday, the main village piazza with restaurants, cafe, grocer and tourists are just under our windows.

You have a 5mn walk to the cycling lane, the village beach with diving boards and platforms to jump from, paddling pool, volleyball pitch, a great pizza place, live music etc. . The nearby nautical centre where you can hire paddle boards, kayaks, pedalos etc

In town you will find a fine bakery, a grocer, newspaper shop and a cycle café where you can hire bikes from. There are also many restaurants. Warning: from mid october a number of restaurants and waterfront activities close for the winter season.
Talloires also has its own little cinema, showing blockbusters as well as more independent films, French and VO.

Just at the bottom of our lane is the cycle lane that goes all around the lake, now fully secured. It is a great run for all the family, you can easily reach Angon and its lovely beach as well as stop anywhere along the waterfront to enjoy a swim.
