Gem of an apartment and location

Amazing location. An easy walk to just about everywhere you want to go - otherwise easy access to metro, bus & uber. Grocery stores and other necessities right there. Comfortable apartment with everything you need including laundry. I will return here every time I visit Paris!

The location can not be beat. The apartment was comfortable. Nice bed. Great views. Easy to walk to everything. The only thing to consider is there are 5 flights of stairs and only fans for AC. The owner was very responsive. There is self check-in. Full kitchen and dishwasher.

Fantastic location!

We had a great stay. Getting our suitcases up the stairs was hard work. The location is fantastic…the street the apartment is in is bustling with life, there are lots of amazing bars and restaurants. You can walk to lots of the beautiful Paris iconic landmarks. The apartment itself is simple and small but has everything you need. We loved it!

Great stay in Paris

A modern apartment in the heart of very stylish La Marais in Paris. Everything you could need is walking distance, and the metro is on the corner. There were 3 of us, and we were very comfortable in Helene’s apartment. Very easy to book, and great communication. Mercí

Awesome location

Helene’s place was great for us! And I had my sister to join us for the weekend and the couch opens like a full size bed!The bed is very firm and comfortable we had a great time!Laundry was very convenient and also dishwasher!The only thing that I think it doesn’t say on her list is the stairs, the apartment is located on a 4th floor but feels like 7th if you have a large luggage be ready for some extra steps, also the steps are old and uneven for us was not a problem but I feel like for and old people would’ve be!The size of the apartment was awesome if you look at other apartments in Paris this looks like a castle! I would definitely come back to Helene’s place!

Cute place in a hip and happening neighborhood

We loved our stay. You go thru the locked street door, then the locked door of the building. (we felt very safe) You go up about 5 flights of stairs. The wood is worn and beautiful. The apt is very quiet even though there is lots of activity on the street. Every morning we would buy our baguette and croissants and have coffee while planning our day. The kitchen as well stocked. The bedroom was spacious. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood that were always crowded and hopping. Location wise its a very short walk to Notre Dame. The Louvre and Musse d'orsay are also easily walkable. The Eiffel Tower is about an hour walk. The metro and the RER are very close as well. Overall - we loved our stay!! Merci
