NO ELECTRICITY FOR TWO OF OUR THREE NIGHTS!

The Manager CLAIMS they checked twice. Even IF that were true, (and we have EVERY reason not to believe it ) they certainly did not ensure our safety nor satisfaction- FOR TWO OF OUR THREE NIGHTS THERE!! There was not even an emergency contact except for late night emails on the second night! I have never written a negative review but this time they have already emailed that they will not compensate us in any way. This is all just a statement of fact. How in the world could you not reimburse us for those two nights??!!
