This holiday home is a splendid apartment on the Adriatic coast and has 2 bedrooms to accomodate 8 guests comfortably. Perfect for families, it comes with a TV and beautiful garden to relax near the beach. The beach just 350 m away and the nearby pinewood are ideal for tranquil walks. Kids have lots of places to visit in the vicinity and nature lovers can check out the botanical garden or Delta del Po park. Shops and restaurants here gives pleasant shopping and food to enjoy. Most of the places in Venice can be reached easily from here. Riva Vena at 23.2 km, Astoria Village at 23 km and Valle Pozzatini at 23.3 km are a must visit.Sea is at 400 m. The living room has a single sofa bed to spend time indoors and air conditioning is provided for comfort. Parking is free here. The nearest Venice Marco Polo Airport is at 76.6 km .

Goedendag ,sorry voor de wat late reactie maar ik had eerder geen tijd. Uw vraag ...

Goedendag ,sorry voor de wat late reactie maar ik had eerder geen tijd. Uw vraag over wat ik vond van de aankomst kan ik beantwoorden met uitstekend. Wat de accomodatie betreft die is ronduit slecht alles was vuil bestek servies pannen waren aangekoekt met??? de badkamer was zo smerig die hebben we zelf maar schoongemaakt de douchekop ontbrak ( is na 4 dagen opgelost) de electriciteit in de badkamer is levensgevaarlijk de mooie tuin is een veredelde zandbak waar je absoluut niets mee kan ,het afgesproken linnengoed was niet aanwezig ,dat hebben we zelf moeten kopen ,matrassen in 2 kamers daar kwam de vering doorheen. Ik had gelukkig 2 2 pers. luchtbedden meegenomen daar konden we dan op slapen. Er was een hekje boven aan de trap ( kinder beveiliging) dat was totaal verrot. Conclusie ,als we vragen is het Belvilla waardig zou ik zeggen niet , maar eerlijk gezegd weet ik dat ook niet simpel omdat ik nog nooit iets bij Belvilla gehuurd heb maar als ik de reclame op tv. zie kan deze villa er niet aan tippen. Alles maar dan ook alles was vies en erg gedateerd het was overduidelijk dat de investeerder er het maximale uit wil halen. Eventueel heb ik foto's waarmee ik alles kan laten zien. Ik vond het jammer dat het linnenpakket bestond uit een hoeslaken, 2 kussenslopen en alleen een dun laken, zonder dekbed. De laken kon je nergens omheen doen.
