The air conditioning is only in the double bedroom but is sufficient to keep the entire house cool. The modern kitchen opens onto the outdoor dining area, while the living room directly accesses the cool covered veranda, furnished with comfortable armchairs, refreshing during the day and sheltered in the evening for total relaxation.



The exceptional beachfront location of Residence Marineledda allows for a 100% seaside experience. The fine sandy beaches, gently sloping, and the surrounding gulf, providing protection from bothersome winds, make this location perfect for children's fun by the shore.



From June 1st to September 30th, the equipped pool with umbrellas and sunbeds is open, offering a direct view of the beaches and the bay. The lifeguard, present during opening hours (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM), ensures order and compliance with the rules.



The bar-restaurant, located in the pool/beach area, provides coffee, pizza, and dining services for lunch and dinner.
