Nice front line apartment Paraiso
This beautiful apartment located on Las Marinas beach has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.
It is situated in a residential complex just 100 m from the sandy beach. In the community, we find extensive grass areas, an impressive adult swimming pool and a children's pool, basketball/football court and paddle court.
The accommodation is on the second floor and has an underground garage space, wifi, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, electric heating and all kinds of amenities to make your stay a dream.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker (Senseo), toaster, etc.
It also has a washing machine.
From the beautiful balcony, the sea can be seen, very close to the residential complex. Where we find all kinds of furniture to be able to use it.
The main bedroom is spacious and very bright, in the children's room there is a bunk bed installed.
The dwelling has two bathrooms, one of them complete and the other with only a washbasin and toilet.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
