Villa with stunning views and private pool
Set in its own private park, this beautiful property with spectacular vistas is superbly located for exploring the south of Le Marche: The coast at San Benedetto and Porto San Giorgio is reachable in less than half an hour and the closer historical, rural towns of Fermo, Monterubbiano, Moresco, Montefiore dell’Aso and Torre di Palme are all worthy of a visit. Villa Matilde is divided in two apartments with independent entrances but it is rented as private villa. The house is spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished, texture and fittings are of good standard. The pool measures a rescpectable 9 x 4, the panoramic terrace is well furnished for sunbathing and dining “al fresco”, and the spacious patio has a barbecue, fridge and seating for ten. Villa Matilde is ideal for a large party of friends or two families holidaying together Either way, the sheer quality of this house will delight all guests who holiday here. Swimming pool is open from May 9 th till September 26 th.
