About this property

Restored house in the heart of Torre di Palme dominant Adriatic Sea

Our house, located in largo Milone 1, has been recently restored in a conservative way, keeping the particular and charming spirit of the house and adding some modern elements of interior design.
The house offers three bedrooms (one at mezzanine and two at second floor), two sea view and one with a beautiful see on Cugnolo wood and two bathroom (not en suite). All bedroom has air conditioned.
The living room has a kitchen with washing machine. In the kitchen you can find pots, dishes, tablecloths, mocha ....
But real hilights of the house are the beautiful two terraces one connected to the living room and equipped with table and chairs where it is possible to lunch and the terrace solarium at last floor with an amazing view on Adriatic Sea!
All the house included terraces is WI-fi connected.
Animals are well accepted, but we require attention to the particular of the house.
In the price is included supplies of bed sheets, toilet towels, starting and final cleaning.

Fantastisch!

Wat een geweldig huis. Op een hele leuke manier ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Foto's komen overeen met de werkelijkheid. Heel fijn dat het huis gewoon schoon was bij aankomst want dat maak je ook wel eens anders mee. Hier kan je vakantie gelijk beginnen! Top! Complimenten!! Twee terrassen. Bovenste is 's avonds heerlijk om te zitten. Prachtig uitzicht. Tijdens ons verblijf was het erg warm, dan is het fijn dat er airco aanwezig is. Ook top! Op loopafstand kun je een drankje doen evenals lekker uit eten. Ontvangst was ook fijn en goed! Wij zijn zeer positief over deze woning en ontvangst ( en communicatie)!!!

Schöne Wohnung verteilt auf 5 Etagen!

Diese Wohnung ist sehr schön in dem mittelalterlichen Torre di Palmi gelegen. Die Wohnung hat alles was es braucht. Vom oberen Balkon hat man Ruhe und eine Aussicht in dei Berge und auf das Meer. um Strand und zum Einkaufen sind es mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. In Torre di Palmi selber hat es ein paar Restaurants.

Magnifique

La maison est belle, magnifiquement située, très agréable à vivre, confortable et rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Antonella a été parfaite, aimable, disponible et réactive. Seul (petit) bémol: le village étant très touristique, il est parfois difficile de stationner. Mais cela n'empêche pas de passer un séjour formidable, dans un lieu de toute beauté à proximité immédiate de plages très agréables. Merci!
