Located in a lovely building in a quiet area away from confusion, this apartment will allow you to stay near the Venice Arsenal, which houses the Naval History Museum, part of the Biennale exhibition for 6 months a year and the Boat Show in late May-early June.

In addition, in 5 minutes you can reach the Biennale Gardens, an area created by Napoleon at the beginning of the 19th century, now the main venue for the Biennale of Art and Architecture exhibitions with 29 pavilions. With a 15-minute walk you can reach Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, and a few steps away you will find the vaporetto stop that will take you to Piazzale Roma or the island of Murano.

Furnished with class and with a clean and modern design, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, consisting of a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. For the comfort of our guests, the apartment has air conditioning, heating, wi-fi internet access, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, as well as all the necessary appliances in the kitchen. In addition, on the ground floor of the building there is a laundry room for common use. Within 450m there are two convenience stores.

Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.
