Venice Luxury Palace 1 by Wonderful Italy

13 Splendid apartments of various types and sizes located within the 500esca building "Ca' Bollani".



Raised ground floor apartment overlooking the canal, consisting of one bedroom with two queen-size beds and one single bed, two bathrooms with shower, living room with sofa, and kitchenette equipped with microwave and toaster.

There is a sofa bed in the apartment.



On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. All apartments are also equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a free Wi-Fi line.



* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.



*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.

The most famous local event is the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.

Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.

Great Stay in Venice

Great location and place, truly a hidden gem. Was very spacious and quiet - having access to a washer/dryer was nice too. Only issue was not having hot water one morning, but we contacted the property manager, and they responded and helped resolve this immediately. We loved our stay!

Convenient location, spacious and clean

12 in our party split between apt 13 and 14 nicely. Clean which is VERY important to me. Apt 14 is new (divided from what was a larger 13) so there is presently no sign to locate 14 from ground floor. Know the electronic codes before you arrive because if you have no internet access to look them up, you won’t be able to get in. I would stay here again if I returned to Venice.
