Welcome to your vacation destination in beautiful Lake Charles, Louisiana. Whether you are seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled family vacation, we have the perfect rental for you.

This cozy 2-story duplex is centrally located and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only 4 miles from casinos and walking distance to McNeese State University campus. Enjoy modern amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, open concept and comfortable living spaces and privacy that a hotel cannot offer. And we are dog friendly.

You will have a washer / dryer and laundry soap so packing light is an option.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Private backyard with sitting area. There are two parking spaces available directly in front of unit. Parking lot and backyard has outdoor security camera.

BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with ensuite bathrooms stocked with towels, full-size products, and blow dryer. Each bedroom has a TV with Netflix, streaming channels and WiFi.

At our properties, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

HOUSE RULES are in place to ensure that every guest has a wonderful 5-star experience.

Excellent accommodation close to McNeese State University
This was the perfect accommodation for us to be close to McNeese as we moved our 18 year old son into his dorm. Coming from New Zealand, we didn’t know the area so wanted to be close by. The accommodation was perfect. Very clean with a bedroom and 2 bathrooms so my son had his own.The beds were comfortable and it was a nice quiet area. The aircon was brilliant as we were there during very high temperatures. Mike was a great host and very helpful with quick responses to any questions. I would definitely recommend this property as it’s a great location for McNeese and an easy drive to the downtown area and casinos.

Perfect for a family of 4-5 or 2 couples
Clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. Conveniently located to everything (stores, restaurants, shopping, family activities, gambling and breweries!) Would defiantly stay here again.

Christmas Getaway with husband
We had the BEST experience with this home. It was clean, had all of the necessities, and truly felt like HOME. The owners were very sweet and prompt to respond to any questions or concerns. I felt very safe in the location as well. I know that can be a concern for some people, but we felt very safe. The beds were comfortable & we had plenty of linens and pillows. It was a wonderful extended weekend and if we are ever in need in the area again, I hope to stay here again! ALSO, it’s the perfect location to UberEats & DoorDash! So, for those lazy nights or mornings, you are in the perfect location! Thank you to the Williams’!!

WEEKEND GETAWAY
Great start to a fabulous weekend. The rental was clean and inviting. There were snacks, water, continental breakfast, coffee and lots of extras. They even thought about our Anniversary and birthdays. The host was very responsive. The area was quiet and close to the casinos. We definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again. Thank you Tanya and Mike for your hospitality.
