Excellent stay for our family of three plus grandparents.We had a problem ( kettle didn't work, only 2 cooking pots, microwave turntable missing and replaced by a dinner plate).I made a phone call and all was delivered by late afternoon! If things go wrong (can't be helped) it was put right ASAP, excellent service.
