A lovely converted property which is finished to a very high standard. If you a looking for a peaceful break at the edge of a quiet village then this is it, with the bonus of all essential amenities just a few miles in Cromer!

We have stayed here a few times now and have found it perfect for our needs (my wife has limited mobility).Down side, as there always is one, was the lack of hot water for a wash or shower. This was over come to some extent by boiling water on the stove and transferring it to the wash basin.Would we stay there again? Yes. We were rather disappointed that there were no vacancies in August.
