Penthouse & Garden "I CIPRESSI"<br>The apartment spans the entire top floor of the Residence Ardua (Ardua = from Latin, meaning "steep slope," which is the terrain on which the building was constructed). The building was constructed according to the latest Climate House standard, NATURE A, and features a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery, specialised acoustic materials, and solar heating.<br>Just a few metres from the residence is the cable car, which takes you to Vöran and the Merano high plateau in just seven minutes. Also in the immediate vicinity are tennis courts, bus stops for Bolzano and Merano, bike paths, a bar, and a pizzeria.<br>Due to the steep slope on which the building was constructed, the mountainside of the penthouse features a large outdoor wellness area with a hot tub for five people, various relaxation options, and a barbecue area where guests can grill year-round.<br>The southwestern-facing outdoor area offers a magnificent view across the entire Burggrafenamt (a district with many castles) all the way to the Mendel.
