We are saddened to have received such a review, particularly as we tried to resolve the issues by offering alternative accomodation to you but you had already left. We have since offered you a refund.
- We apologise that you were disturbed by local building work which can be a feature of early season as locals prepare their properties for the season.
- No animals are kept near the property so we don't know what this refers to.
- Our neighbour does have one small refrigerated van but this has never been an issue before now.
- The location of the property is a rural village where chickens roam freely, so yes sometimes you may hear a cockerel.
We have been in this business for 10 years and have been privileged to host hundreds of guests during that time, many of whom return year after year.
