Very comfortable, welcoming, warm, cosy, peaceful and relaxing.
The isolation, yet central location. Well equipped. Large grassy and woodland area perfect for dogs and young children. Parking for two cars. loved the tranquility and watching the wildlife, especially the Deer and Red squirrels.
Despite taking us a little while to find it we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful, equipped with everything we needed and an easy short walk to the village. We would rent again.

Absolutely Wonderful
Gordon, the host, couldn’t do enough for us to ensure our stay was as wonderful as it was. The location and the property itself were out of this world. Absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to go back, miss it already!
My friends and I enjoyed this home for a two night stay. It came as advertised and was ~ 10 minute walk to the town square. It was very clean and spacious!

Lovely cottages. Great location.
We booked 2 cottages as a group of 5 couples to celebrate my 60th birthday. The cottages were beautifully presented and in a quiet countryside location within ideal walking distance of the village of Drymen which has a butcher, delicatessen, convenience store and excellent pubs. We had a lovely birthday meal at the Clachan Inn. Exceptional food and service.

We’ll kitted out lodge
The lodge was perfect for our 4 adults and 2 children with plenty of internal space, needed because of the intermittent but heavy rain. Th3 space outside was good weather permitting. This is a very quiet and peaceful location on the edge of Drymen. The location between Loch Lomond and th3 Trossachs. Drymen has plenty of places to eat out as well as get provisions albeit a bit limited. Great for holidaymakers.
Nice house. Everything available in the house. Large beds, little bit too soft. The doors on the first floor were jammed.
Drymen was nearby, bakery and supermarket available. Nice restaurant The Clachan Inn.

Amazing break away again
This is our second stay at Foxglove. We have stayed now in winter and summer, both amazing. We originally chose the cottages ad they fit our family needs due to my mother in laws mobility needs. But it surpasses all expectations. The team have thought of everything
Nice quiet location, (not sure neighbours would agree 🤣), not far from all amenities around loch lomond. West Highland Way was 5 mins walk from cottage.
Cottage had well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone. Requested baby gate for stairs, insitu on arrival.
Short walk into Drymen, along narrow road, 15 min unless you have a 2 year old who wants to walk and explore.
Clachan Inn and Winnock hotel good for food, ate in bar as we have a dog. Lovely bakers though bit expensive.
Had issue with boiler, no hot water, this was resolved quickly when we contacted owner, then plenty of hot water for family if six.
Lots of space for kids to explore n play, garden, field, though rear decked area outside could be a trip hazard, as uneven, adults as well as kids.
Would recommend cottages to anyone, and also visit again.
