Villa Mexico - With Pool and Whirlpool

Villa Mexico is located in Lazise in a very quiet, private and panoramic area but close to the center, services and beaches.
The villa, modern and recently built, furnished with care and passion for details is equipped with every comfort necessary to spend a holiday in total relaxation and privacy.
Surrounded by a large garden where we find the swimming pool, the hydromassage and ample spaces for relaxation, the villa has a large patio where you can have lunch outdoors but sheltered from the sun or bad weather.
In the basement there is the garage and a large room with a fireplace, used as a tavern and equipped with a small kitchen, a large dining table and sofas.
On this floor there is also a small gym, sauna, laundry room and a double bedroom with a large bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The ground floor is entirely dedicated to the living room and kitchen but there is also a bathroom with sink and toilet.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The house is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
No drinks, food or consumables (soap, shampoo, etc.) are provided.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
A €500 deposit is required to be paid upon arrival.

Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.

Please note: THE MANDATORY FINAL CLEANING COSTS OF 250 EURO IS TO BE PAID IN CASH ON ARRIVAL
