A breathless view of the Sorrento peninsula and Capri…it was like cruising on a boat and flying on a plane at the same time.…. and wait until the sunset comes ….The house has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation….

Perfect apartment for a relaxing holiday

We had a fantastic time here. The apartment is well equipped and spacious with a lot of private outdoor space and stunning views over the sea. The village is beautiful with some great places to eat and there is a lot to see and do in the area.

Great view

We enjoyed our stay very much. First we were surprised that the flat has no living room but then beeing so far south we realized the terrace is the living room. The garden with the old olive tree must be really nice in full summer. It is very well equipped. The entrance for the car needs a good driver.

Wonderful!

The house has a lovely terrace and garden, very panoramic. It's incredibly fresh - there is air con but we used it only a little bit. It is fully equipped. The host is very kind and let us have lemons and tomatoes

This apartment is one of the very best we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in quite a lot of apartments in Italy.Inside there was everything we needed and all was clean and tidy. What absolutely made it for us is the outside covered terrace. The views over to the Amalfi coast and Capri are stupendous, not to mention the sunset. What a wonderful place to be.We spent quite a lot of time relaxing or eating out on the terrace and even had a couple of barbecues. Even on the day it rained we were still able to sit outside and watch the storm over the Mediterranean.The village of Castellabate is 5 minutes walk away and there were several nice retaurants and a well stocked supermarket.We were lucky with the week we went, as there was a wine and food festival which was great and made for a vibrant atmosphere.Franco, the host was very responsive and helpful and quickly resolved any minor issues we had.We would definitely go back again.

I colloqui con loro sono stati molto amichevoli e sono apparse persone molto disponibili a capire i piccoli problemi che possono presentarsi in una casa non di proprietà. Mi piacerebbe molto averli nuovamente come ospiti.

Sehr schöne,gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit grosser Terasse und schönem,voll nutzbarem Garten mit traumhaftem Blick über den Golf.Die Einfahrt zum Haus ist eng und sehr steil.Damit muss man allerdings in einem historischen Bergdorf rechnen.

Grazie per i complimenti alla casa Marco. Siamo innamorati di quel posto ma purtroppo non riusciamo a viverla quanto vorremmo. Mi dispiace per la rottura del contatore ENEL. Si, può capitare, ma io mi metto sempre nei panni di chi ha lavorato per lungo tempo e finalmente ha la possibilità di godersi una vacanza rigenerativa in un posto come quello. Ecco perché sono riuscito a fare intervenire i tecnici per la sostituzione del contatore alle 22.00. Sicuro di aver contribuito a non rendere la vostra vacanza problematica vi aspetto con piacere qualora vogliate tornare. Siete state persone molto comprensive, educate e pazienti. Grazie

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in absollut perfekter Lage

Wir haben in diesem Haus in Castellabate einen wunderschönen + ich will fast schreiben - perfekten Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage in ca. 290m.ü.M. am Hang ist absolut fantastisch, es gibt eine unglaubliche unverbaute Fernsicht quer über den Golf von Salerno bis rüber zur Amalfiküste und zur Insel Capri. Selbst die Insel Ischia ist bei klarem Wetter zu erkennen. Es entspricht alles exakt den Fotos, ist in Natura natürlich noch viel eindrucksvoller. Der Fußweg ins historische Zentrum von Castellabate dauert 10 Minuten, sehr viele Lokale und Imbisstheken mit regionaltypischer Küche sind somit in Laufentfernung. Der Badeort S. Maria di C.te ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst hat exakt der Beschreibung entsprochen, ist sehr gepflegt, praxisnah und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr authentisch mediterran dekoriert und in echt fast schöner als auf den Bildern. Zwei moderne Klimaanlagen sind verbaut und helfen gut, die Räume am Abend erstmal etwas runterzukühlen. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung von oben jedoch überbaut ist, und wir uns an ein paar normale Regeln gehalten haben (Fenster tagsüber komplett geschlossen und Fensterläden zu) hatten wir Abends nie die ganz große Hitze drin. Der Garten mit dem alten Olivenbaum ist ein Traum, dort kann man sehr schön bei einem Glas Wein im Halbschatten liegen und das Leben genießen. Wobei wir uns nie gut entscheiden konnten ob Garten oder Terrasse. Oben am Berg war auch die Luft immer angenehm, während es unten im Badeort gefühlt deutlich heißer war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer sehr gut und auch immer eindeutig und unkompliziert, bei Fragen wurde uns immer geholfen. Wir versuchen, wieder zu kommen. Was wir erst nach der Buchung gemerkt haben: Der Film "Willkommen im Süden" (Originaltitel: "Benvenuti al sud") wurde zu großen Teilen in Castellabate gedreht. Auf jeden Fall ist das hiermit eine Empfehlung unsererseits, sich den Film mal anzuschauen. Sei es, um einen ersten Eindruck des Ortes zu bekommen, oder wenn man mal dort war, um in Wehmut zu verfallen... ;) Grazie per tutti, Francesco!

Il Paradiso in terra.

La casa è situata in posizione magnifica, circondata dal verde e con vista spettacolare sul golfo di Salerno. Il giardino, il terrazzo e l'interno sono come mostrato nelle foto: curati e accoglienti. Ma quello che le foto non possono far vedere è il fresco vento che tutto il giorno si può godere sulla terrazza. Una benedizione, in questa estate caldissima.

Appartamento perfetto

Due parole sull'host, Francesco: non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrarlo fisicamente ma abbiamo avuto modo di verificarne la squisita gentilezza. Ha fornito puntuali istruzione per "vivere" la casa e ci ha fatto trovare dei semplici, ma graditi omaggi di benvenuto. E' persona premurosa e cordiale. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto quello che serve, è pulito ed è arredato con gusto. L'impianto di climatizzazione funziona alla grande. C'è il parcheggio per una vettura di dimensioni grandicelle. Ma quello che rapisce da subito è la posizione: la vista sul golfo e sul mare è semplicemente spettacolare. Fare colazione al mattino o cenare sulla veranda è un'esperienza rara. Si può anche prendere il sole in giardino. Silenzio e tranquillità sono garantiti e in più si è in pochi passi nel centro di Castellabate, molto bello e pieno di piacevoli ristoranti. Siamo stati benissimo. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno nella casa di Francesco.

Wunderschönes ruhiges Haus mit grandioser Aussicht

Die Beschreibung des Gastgebers Francesco verspricht nicht zu viel, das Haus ist wunderschön, sauber und hat alles was es braucht. V.a. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Castellabate ist ein schönes Dorf mit div. Einkehrmöglichkeiten, z.b. das Bonora ist sehr zu empfehlen, leckere Pizza mit Blick aufs Meer. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen!

Simply loved it

We had an excellent stay. The property is exactly as described - clean,comfortable and well equipped. Very peaceful location, but within walking distance of the village and amenities. A huge balcony and terraced garden. The views are stunning. We didn’t want to leave!

Semplicemente paradisiaco

Non ci sono parole per rendere l'idea di come sia bellissimo tutto. L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto, completamente attrezzato e arredato con ottimo gusto. Il giardino è meraviglioso e la terrazza è splendida. La vista è a dir poco mozzafiato! Comodissimo per chi come noi volevamo usare la macchina il meno possibile. Il servizio di navetta del comune è comodissimo compreso quello serale e notturno. Siamo appena tornati e sentiamo già la mancanza. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci. Die Wohnung hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf von Salerno.

Die Wohnung ist eine von zwei Wohnungen in einem alleinstehenden Haus. Sie ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und gut ausgestattet. Die untere Wohnung hat den Nachteil das man Geräusche aus der drüber liegenden Wohnung hört (Stühlerücken, etc. ) Der Garten ist ein wenig verwildert was nicht weiter stört. Wir hatten alletdings auch im Oktober noch viele Stechmücken.Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen sie liegt am Stadtzentrum des "alten Castellabate" auf dem Berg.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment, which is the lower part of a villa, looked exactly like the pictures. 2 big terraces and 2 big bedrooms with double beds - one of the bedrooms with an additional bed. Nothing was missing as most common household appliances was there and the view was spectacular. The small city with the castle is a very cosy place - we discovered after 6 days that there are shops & restaurants "hidden" inside the centre of Castellabate - places you only reach if you enter by foot and walk around the small alleys and stairs behind the castle.. Only downside while we were there was a stupid little dog, a Beagle, the was running around below the house howling - it woke me up 5-6 mornings at or before 5 o'clock AM... All in all 99% satisfied - missing wifi A LOT (I'm selfemployed and customers call even when I'm on holiday and then I need the internet afterwards..). I bought mobile broadband home in Denmark before we left but the signal was very poor up there on the mountain. Thumbs up from here and highly recommendable :o)

Perfetta !

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Casa di Francesco che si è rivelata assolutamente fantastica e ha persino superato le nostre già elevate aspettative. Una terrazza sul mare con vista (e tramonto !!") su Capri e la Costiera. La soluzione ideale per chi vuole avere il meglio della vista del mare stando immerso nel verde e in piena tranquillità a due (ma proprio due) passi dallo splendido borgo di Castellabate e dalle sue animate serate. La Casa è in perfette condizioni ed è perfettamente ed abbondantemente attrezzata; il terrazzo + giardino sono godibilissimi. Una soluzione ideale per un soggiorno a Castellabate e un posto dove sicuramente ritornare.

Ci fa particolarmente piacere che la descrizione riportata sul sito (vista sul golfo, godibilità degli spazi esterni, vicinanza al borgo, ecc.) collimi perfettamente con quanto da voi constatato di persona. Tolle Wohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Tolle Lage am Hang mit Ausblick auf das Meer und die Küste. Nur wenige Minuten in das historische Zentrum von Castellabate. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich ca. 50 Meter entfernt und innerhalb von 15 Minuten ist man unten in Santa Maria. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht den Bildern. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein großer Balkon und eine Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Von Frau K. bekamen wir sehr hilfreiche Informationen und Tips für unseren Aufenthalt. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Wohnung - wunderschöner Ausblick

Tolle Lage am Hang mit Ausblick auf das Meer und die Küste. Nur wenige Minuten in das historische Zentrum von Castellabate. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich ca. 50 Meter entfernt und innerhalb von 15 Minuten ist man unten in Santa Maria. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht den Bildern. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein großer Balkon und eine Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Wir bekamen wir sehr hilfreiche Informationen und Tips für unseren Aufenthalt. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Vista fantastica, divano letto difettoso

In 5 amici siamo stati ospiti per una settimana. Appartamento molto carino, tranquillo. Auto fondamentale visto che siamo a 5 km da Santa Maria. Punto forte la terrazza con vista mare a 180°. Punto debole: anche se sulla carta ci sono 5 posti letti, uno dei due divani letti non è adatto ad ospitare due adulti. Risultato: di notte le doghe cedono e il materasso sprofonda insieme a chi ci dorme.

Ringrazio per la segnalazione sulla inadeguatezza del divano, che mi risultava fosse stato già sostituito. Purtroppo ho potuto constatare di persona che la sostituzione non è avvenuta e quindi sono dispiaciuto dell'accaduto. Sarà mia cura risolvere al più presto il problema. Chiedo scusa per il disagio arrecato.

Ferienwohnung mit Blick aufs Meer.

Schöne FeWo im Cilento mit Blick aufs Meer, ruhig gelegen, große Terasse. Die Einrichtung ist prima, eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
