The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac two miles from the city centre and close to the local amenities on offer on Easter Road and Leith Walk. There is a huge cosmopolitan variety of small local retailers, cafes and restaurants. A Sainsburys supermarket is nearby at Meadowbank Retails Park.
Close at hand Ocean Terminal and Princes Street offer further high street retailers and specialist shopping. The area is very well served by local buses with regular links to the City and surrounding areas. The Omni Centre and the cities cinemas, theatres and galleries are just a short distance away.
The open plan living room has a French door to the balcony, with tranquil views to Lochend parkland. Sitting here is a joy on a sunny morning. The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated AEG oven & hob, fridge freezer, slim-line dishwasher & washing machine. There is also a dining table with chairs for 6 guests, offering plenty of room for a variety of dining arrangements.
Wireless internet access and a flat screen TV & DVD player are also provided for guests use.
The master bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite with WC, wash basin and shower. The second is a twin bedroom with 2 x single beds.
A family bathroom with three piece suite and shower complete this delightful home from home.
The apartment is accessed via a secure entry system and is on the 3rd floor with lift access available.

This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself into the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival by the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Good morning, the apartment itself is fine, it is super close and has a bus. But it is totally neglected.
The first thing is the lack of cleaning, it is very dirty, the floor, the furniture, and especially the kitchen, the hood has dirty filters and you can write on it because of the grease it has, the toaster is disgusting, the burners and in general dirty the whole kitchen.
The sofa was full of stains, covered with a blanket, a living room lamp was very dirty and disassembled, the living room chairs were sagging and destroyed, and the legs of the living room table came apart.
The two mattresses in one of the rooms, one sank and the other had too many springs and you couldn't sleep peacefully.
In short, a disaster, DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT.

Please note, had you contacted the Property Manager during your stay, they would have happily returned to the apartment and addressed any issues. Thank you for raising these areas with us - the apartment has since received a full deep clean and new furniture has been purchased. In the coming month the Property Management team will also steam clean the carpets and sofa. We hope, despite these issues, that you enjoyed your time in Edinburgh.

The apartment complex is very nice. It is a residential, park-like area. A quiet place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment itself leaves much to be desired. The host is non-communicative. The form email sent from the property mgmt company states this is a "meet and greet". However, there was no one there to greet us. No self check-in details were provided. As we arrived on a Sunday morning, we called the after hours office, which contacted the host who pinged the check-in details right away. That was it. No follow-up, no Wi-Fi information. The internet is broadband, not highspeed. The dining room chairs are ripped and the cushions sink with even the slightest bit of weight. There is no house manual, the dining table is worn, the lampshades are stained, the kitchen is dated, the shower head is broken in the main bathroom, there was mold on the tiles and the kitchen counter showed signs of coffee spillage. The beds were comfortable though. The apartment is far from city center. Overall, not worth the price being charged. I've stayed in Edinburgh before at a nicer apartment close to city center for less money and longer stay.
