412: Regent Place apartment

Regent Place is a pretty 2 bedroom colonies apartment sleeping up to 4
guests, situated just off London Road. The apartment is 10 minutes walk
from the east end of the Royal Mile or 20 minutes walk from the east
end of Princes Street. The area offers a great selection of shops, bars
and restaurants and Holyrood park is on your doorstep. For guests
wishing to travel further afield, there are very good bus links
available from London Road. The main door apartment is located on the
ground floor of the property and is accessed through a private garden
with a bench where guests can relax in the summer months. A small
bright hall way leads you through to a pretty living dining room on
your right. The room is simply furnished with a comfortable sofa bed
(for flexibility of sleeping arrangements) and two pretty arm chairs
arranged around an attractive fireplace. A small dining table provides
seating for 4 people and there is a TV and free wifi for the use of
visitors. A door from the living room leads through to a small internal
kitchen which is well equipped with a gas hob, a fridge with freezer
compartment, a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster and there is
plenty of glass, china, cutlery and cookware provided for guests
wishing to prepare food in the apartment. A Victorian-style airer
provides drying space. The main bedroom is furnished with a pretty
double bed, bedside table and lamp, there is a small bench under the
window over looking a garden area a long mirror and a wardrobe. The
second bedroom has adult sized bunk beds and a long mirror and
wardrobe. A shower room with drencher, toilet and wash hand basin
completes the accommodation. Licence Number EH-69746-P

We do not meet our guests at their apartments, we ask them to contact us in advance of their stay with their arrival time and we arrange to leave keys in a convenient key safe. We sure that guests have a 24 hour emergency number in case of any problems during their stay.

Cozy little home.
Loved the location and the quiet neighborhood. Easy walking to pubs, sight-seeing and shopping. We had 4 adults and the bedrooms were very cozy but would be great for 2 adults and children.

Lovely clean apartment, has everything except washing machine. Walk to the Royal Mile or bus. Close to Easter Rd where we got food supplies. Could not fault it.

Ideal location for getting around Edinburg. Be sure to try the Red Kite for breakfast. Very clean & comfortable & exuding Scottish charm. Everything you need to know is in the welcome book. Comfy bed & nice linens. Just right for our 5-night visit.
