Vacation home Staedenbergh in rural Staden! 10 pers

"Staedenbergh" is a spacious house for 10 people with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining room. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet and a spacious bathroom. There is enough space for several bicycles in the storage room next to the house. The cozy garden offers more than 1000m² of play and relaxation fun for young and old.

Please note that the heated swimming pool is not included in the rental price of the holiday home.
The pool (15 x 3.3 x 1.5 meters) can be rented separately between April 15 and September 15, depending on weather conditions. The swimming pool is equipped with an electric solar roller shutter system, which allows the pool to easily heat up to an extra 5°C using the pool roller shutter alone.
We have consciously chosen to offer the swimming pool as an option. Renting the swimming pool is therefore not an obligation. This option ensures that we can continue to charge the rental prices for the holiday home as in the past. The swimming pool will be nicely enclosed, so our tenants can choose whether or not they want to rent the swimming pool.

We had a great time at Staedenbergh. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. Highlight was the pool that the kids and adults all loved. Tom was great- communication was spot on.

The most beautiful holiday

Honestly, the best service ever! The owners of the farm were incredibly kind and respectful — truly wonderful people. Their hospitality was amazing. The farm itself is beautiful and fully equipped. The swimming pool was very clean, and the seating area around it was super cozy and enjoyable. Highly recommended

Lovely family hilodsy.

The house is in a lovely rural location but near to a village for food shopping. It was also in a perfect location for the WW1 Memorials & Cemeteries that we visited, Ypres, Hooge, Tyne Cot etc. The house was immaculately clean on our arrival, very nicely furnished and well equipped. The bedrooms & sitting/dining area are a good size. The pool was great as was the area surrounding it, with plenty of chairs & sun loungers. Tom the host was friendly, very helpful and responded quickly to any queries. There were 6 of us, 3 generations age ranging from 13 to 77 and it suited all of us well. We had a great time there.

Wonderful authentic stay

We arrived at the property and check in was simple.The property itself was very clean, simple, modern and open plan. It was very well stocked. There was a beautiful patio with outdoor seating. there was a fenced area at the front and there was a large area by the side of the pool that I can imagine would serve well as an area to use(it wasn't quite ready for our stay as was being fitted by artificial grass- this will be a bigger positive for the next people staying here!) Tom was the best host even though they lived close by, he never intruded on our stay and was very respectful. They were very attentive and answered any questions and communicated regularly. The pool was such a highlight we were in it all the time, Tom would always come and open it before we got up and close it when we went to bed, he kept it clean also. We had babies as young as 6 months to teenagers aged 17 and it was perfect for them all! We couldn't't have asked for much else. Location was great there was so much to do all within 30mins -1hrs trip. There was a huge town centre with shops 15/20 mins away and there was an supermarket 5mins away.You have the benefit of being rural surrounded by crop fields to having all amenities a short drive away! There were beautiful beaches/river trips/horse rides/castles/churches etc for tourism purposes but also you would be totally fine doing nothing and staying in the house and pool for the entire stay! The balance was perfect! We would definitely recommend staying

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt haben. Das Haus selbst war in einem super Zustand und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – von der Küche bis hin zu den kleinen Details.Das absolute Highlight war der wunderschöne Pool, in dem wir viele entspannte Stunden verbracht haben. Très bon rapport qualité/Prix . Disponibilité du propriétaire.

Villa spacieuse : très bel espace à vivre bien décoré , salon cocoone , décoration moderne. Toutes les chambres sont spacieuses avec de beaux rangements. Une très belle salle de bain. Linge de lit et de bains de bonne qualité. La cuisine un peu petite (manque de plans de travail) mais bien équipée. A recommander . Propriétaire disponible pour toute question.

Het is een rustig gelegen gerenoveerd huis op de flanken van de Staedenberg. Het is volledig en meer dan voldoende voorzien van sober en modern servies en keukenmateriaal. 5 grote 2-persoonsbedden, twee badkamers, een ruime woonkamer en een kleine keuken. Buiten een groot speelveld, een trampoline. Helaas geen afsluiting. Dus opletten indien kleine kindjes. Voor mijn familiegroepje ideaal.
