Casa Karlina is a beautiful, modern, 3 bed, 3 bathroom villa located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Aruba’s beautiful beaches and all Aruba has to offer! The villa is situated within a small neighborhood in the Palm Beach area, close to the busy strip, and just a few minutes' drive from Aruba’s High-Rise hotels, the best restaurants, casinos, and shopping centers.

This amazing villa offers a comfortable interior with fully equipped kitchen and a large private patio where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Aruban breezes after a fun-filled day at the beach, shopping, or experiencing an island adventure.
Two of the three bedrooms have flat screen TVs. This Villa has a large living room with A/C units. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped.
The covered patio provides dining for 6 people a gas BBQ grill and as well a BBQ on charcoal is provided! Enjoy the tropical garden and relax in the outdoor seating area’s by the pool.

Great Aruba escape

Spent a week in with my girlfriend and daughter. The house was fantastic, clean, spacious and a convenient location. Just a few minutes from the active Palm Beach area with shopping and beaches. The pool was larger than I anticipated from the photos and the back yard area is very private. Check in and out was quick and easy. I appreciated meeting the host there for each. Would definitely recommend if you want to have privacy and not stay at a resort.

Aruba Spring Break

This was an amazing property! it had everything we needed (even some cold welcome soda to greet us in the fridge). We loved eating outside every day and the kids loved the pool. Was so nice to play rummikub every day. The location is perfect, very centralized to get everywhere. We will be back!

Nice Place, Quiet Neighborhood, Convenient, Safe

Our first visit to Aruba...we stayed 10 days.We found the Arubans to be gracious hosts, welcoming and very accommodating. Service was better than most places in the US. Public water is produced at the desalinization plant, it was fine right out of the tap. Be aware that most streets do not have sidewalks. We started out without a car, that lasted 1 day.Aruba seems to be a very safe place. We didn't hesitate to go anywhere.The Casa is clean and a good value. We prefer being away from the beachfront. That said, the high-rise district beaches are only 10 minutes away. Baby Beach is about 35 minutes, the most distant of the 10 tourist beaches.Lots of grocery stores. Super Foods is 10 minutes away, an excellent store with large selections. There are several good restaurants nearby.The property manager is excellent and very responsive . We enjoyed the on-property pool. Only one thing to complain about - the in-house washer and dryer were out of order. The property manager offered laundry service; we just rinsed things in the sink. There are ample supplies of beach gear in the garage. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a common bathroom nearby. The two main bedrooms have showers.

The house was lovely if not smaller than it looked online There should be a warning about closing the patio doors if you are outside as they lock and you can’t get back in. Apart from that all good
