A modern cabin for large groups for a fun weekend in the mountains or a week away from the world in the beautiful duck creek village area. Great for family reunions!!

16 guests MAX! Limit is set by Kane county and cannot be exceeded!

A 4X4 vehicle is REQUIRED to access the cabin in winter months (October-April), roads are sometimes slippery and muddy. The cabin is accessed by dirt road, which is plowed in the winter but sometimes has 1 or 2 inches of snow on it.

Rental is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with very strict activity restrictions. Violations will result in being fined and entire security deposits potentially being forfeited. A list of restrictions is available to help you to determine if this rental is suitable for your vacation plans.

Any renters bringing or renting ATV's, Side x Sides or dirt bikes. Please read special rules provided as roads should only be used to access trails. They should not be used to ride up and down as this can be very disruptive to full time residents that work from home and can very loud and dusty. Please do not use others driveways to turn around and obey all laws and especially all speed limits.

Cabin far exceeded expectations

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this cabin to celebrate our daughters 40th birthday. but let me say, wow, it is amazing! Just the right blend of rustic meets modern day. The location was close enough to Bryce Canyon for us not to feel like we drove all day. Grandkids played outside for hours, and the game room provided hours of fun and laughs for everyone. The cabin was clean and well appointed. I highly recommend!

Sibling reunion

We had a wonderful weekend at the perfect cabin! I have four siblings and all of them were able to come with their spouses and we were able to reconnect. We haven’t been together in three years since my dad‘s funeral and it was such a blast getting together with everyone! Thanks for making this possible! It was perfect!

Great stay!

We had a great time at this Duck Creek cabin! It was clean and spacious. The layout was great. There were lots of toys and books for the little kids. If we decide to go back to Duck Creek, we'll stay here again!

Family holiday

Our family had a great time at the cabin. It was large enough for all 11 of us. The game room was a great place for the kids to play. We enjoyed the fireplace and playing outside in the snow.

Best Time Ever!

I would give this a 5 star! This was clean, stocked, cozy! And even decorated for the holiday! All bedrooms and bathrooms were very good size. The living space was huge! Can't give it enough praise! Will definately cine back!

Perfect large cabin for family reunion

Owner was responsive on our small questions. Property had everything we needed. Even had a collection of toys for our little kids. We had kids all ages from 1-19. We had a total of 4 separate families and a group size of 16. Never felt too small. Convenient to Aspen Mirror Lake for fishing (7 minutes away), Duck Creek Village (5 minutes away) and the caves (about 15 minutes away), and Bryce Canyon (about an hour away). Great property. There is some sound from the pipes when you flush the toilets, but that was the only thing we noticed. Very modern property and exceptionally well taken care of. We plan to return every year.

Fantastic

Property was very clean. Many items in the kitchen in case you forget something. My only concern were the towels/sheets were left in the dryer by the clean staff, still not dryed. There were just too many in the dryer so they nvr were dried. I had to split the towels/ sheets and dry them separately. I folded them all and left on the dryer. I know they have a short window to get it all done but maybe another set of everything and they can be done off premise would help?? Not sure how to get around that. The property is BEAUTIFUL and you won’t be disappointed.

We LOVE this cabin! The managers are responsive and are great to work with. Everything (and more!) is available at this location. The kitchen is the BEST on the hill and they have thought of just about everything that you could need. We will be back again and again!

Beautiful area- great cabin!

Check-in was a breeze. Kitchen was well-stocked and plenty of room. Extra table and benches so there was plenty of seating for our family group of 15. So many bedrooms/ bathrooms, extra blankets, large TVs and lots of seating. Great cabin!

Great family vacation location!

The location of the cabin in Duck Creek was amazing! We loved gathering as a family and exploring the Duck Creek area hiking and ATVing. The kitchen was perfect for group meals, and everyone had plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. The fire pit was perfect for s'mores and family time. The basement ping pong, foosball, and basketball games were enjoyed, as well as the TV for movie night. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and close to many hikes. It's very close to Zions, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks and many trails for recreation. It also has a small little village that occasionally has events and the beauty is amazing whether it is Summer, Fall, or Winter. Even spring brings in wonderful colors and a freshness as the warmth moves in for summer.
