The palace is so beautiful, the kitchen is good for cooking, the garden is fresh and calm, I like so much the location. They need to improve the air conditioning, Is so hot in the living room and the kitchen. But I loved the palace, thanks for everything.

Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re delighted that you enjoyed the beauty of the palace, the kitchen, the peaceful garden, and our wonderful location. It truly means a lot to us that you loved your stay.
We also sincerely appreciate your feedback about the air conditioning. We’re sorry that the living room and kitchen felt too warm, and we’ll certainly look into improving this.
It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would be very happy to welcome you back anytime!
We were thrilled with the comfort of the palazzo, and the convenience of the location. Our main reason to visit Venice in October was to take in the Biennale while hoping for less crowding than during the height of the summer – this spot was perfect for easy access to the Biennale, and was extremely convenient for access to transportation options within and throughout Venice and to the outer reaches of the lagoon. There were many shops and restaurants located conveniently nearby (including Venice's newest Michelin 1-star, less than 2 minutes away). The palazzo itself was a dream – quiet, comfortable, and well worth spending time in all on its own (even given all that beckoned outside the gate). Beautifully restored and kept up to a very high standard; comfortable and tasteful furnishings; well-appointed kitchen; plenty of privacy for our party of 3 couples (en-suite bathrooms). The owner, who lives in another apartment in the palazzo, was very kind, very gracious, very friendly. The agency who handled the booking was top-notch, including helping to reserve water taxis to/from the private landing when needed. The view (from the Library room) of the campanile of Maggiore across the water was exquisite, especially at sunrise/sunset. And so much "canal life" to see from the balcony above. Truly, our only regret was not being able to stay in this magical, memorable place longer than one week. I hope we'll have a chance to come back another time!
