Delightful three bed property with lovely garden a short drive to local beaches
Lovely relaxed home on the peaceful St Merryn Village. Perfect for the whole family or a get away with friends. Three bedrooms, spacious living area and kitchen, and ample garden space with patio areas and outdoor eating area.
A short drive to the north Cornish coast and Seven Bays region of Cornwall with a wide range of outstanding beaches. The famous town of Padstow is within 5 miles drive, and half hour drive to the south coast of Cornwall and the Eden project.
Three bedroom holiday home, spacious living and dining area. Modern fitted kitchen, including oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine. Master bedroom with walk in wardrobe, double bed, and ensuite toilet, shower and sink. Two further bedrooms with built in wardrobes, each with two single beds.
Spacious bathroom with toilet, bath, sink and shower.
Ample outside areas for dining and relaxing, including a BBQ for guest use. The property is lawned on 3 sides giving plenty of sunny and shady options for relaxing outside.
Bed linen and towels are not provided, guests will need to bring towels, sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases. Pillows and duvets are provided in all bedrooms.

Excellent accommodation
Great value for money. The accommodation was very clean and spacious. Great facilities with everything you need for your stay. The kitchen had everything you could need, with nice little touches of tea and coffee, as well and some condiments.
