Lovely Family House in Dagenham 8min to the station
This is a 3 bedroom family house feature a large queen bedroom (1 ensuite, 3 pieces), a double bedroom and a small double room with a sofa bed. Ground floor contains a separate living room with a large sofa bed and TV. Dining room space with a table for 8 then a fully fitted modern kitchen. It has washing machine, dishwasher, oven, oven microwave and wine cooler. Central heating with underfloor heating on all ground floor and 4 pieces family bathroom. Outside is a large rear garden with a summerhouse at back, barbeque place, utility kitchen and toilets inside summerhouse. At the front of the house 3 parking spaces, very quiet neighbourhood. Local shops, take way places 1 min walk and cozy italian restaurant just across the road. It is located 30 minutes commute to central London via C2C trains -10 min walk to the station, and 50 min via tube District line - 8min walk to the station. Easy access to A13, London city Airport (25 minutes away).House can accommodate up to 8 sleeps. We STRICTLY not allowed any parties or celebrations at our property. Stay will be interrupted if any parties will be prepared or started.
