Superior One-Bedroom Apartment with Seaviews

This modern apartment furnished in high standard is located in the Rocamar building above Playa Carabeillo. Located in the old center of Nerja, it is only a few steps away from beaches, restaurants and tapas bars.

The apartment is on the forth floor, the building has an elevator. It benefits stunning sea views from the balcony and all rooms. The bedroom has the luxury of enjoying the colourful magnificent sun rise from bed. On the balcony, you can enjoy al fresco dining while looking at the sea and surrounding mountains.

Air-condition in both bedroom & salon. Bathrooms with walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Internet TV (Spanish and hundreds of international channels) and free high-speed WiFi.

The Rocamar building is located at the entrance of Calle Carabeo, the former fishermen street of Nerja and today a pedestrian. It is a locked property with private pool above Playa Carabeillo, with fantastic views to the sea and the adjacent mountain ranges. As it is located in the Old Town of Nerja, restaurants, shops, bars and cafés are within easy walking distance. Playa Carabeillo and Nerja's most famous beach Burriana are right in front. The Rocamar building features an elevator.

Perfect getaway

The apartment has excellent location in between the main village and beach area. This area in between was cosy and quiet for a relaxing holiday. Closeness to beach and restaurants was there, without noise and hassle you might find elsewhere. Good accessability with car and quick connections around Andalusia and Granada regions.

Lovely apartment, well equipped & tastefully decorated. The view is amazing and Ray in the Office was super helpful. Nerja is a wonderful traditional Spanish town & the apartment was close to a number of lovely beaches. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect setting near to all our favourite places in Nerja. The apartment was just perfect with beautiful views of the sea and mountains from the balcony. Morning sunrise was amazing. Very clean with everything you need for a home from home.

Absolutely amazing apartment and stunning views

We loved the apartment as it was bright and there are amazing views from every window. Sitting on the balcony and hearing the sea was lovely and watching the sun rise. The balcony has sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon which was perfect. The apartment is well stocked and we used the beach chairs and umbrella daily to go to the beach. It’s also in a great location between beach and town. We will definitely return.

The overall experience of our stay was good

The size, layout, balcony and position of the apartment over looking the sea, as well as the outside pool, reception area as you walk in to the block and overall quietness was excellent. 10/10 The only thing that let it down for us was, the bed was far to low to the ground, very soft and uncomfortable. Effecting the quality of our sleep during the holiday!!! Some of the equipment in the kitchen such as the cutlery, tools in the draw were worn out, disfunctional and require replacing..
